Letter from the President

It is such a joy to work with educators and learners each day.  I often reflect on this opportunity and cannot help but smile.  Those who know me understand that I have a difficult time containing my enthusiasm for education.  Life's journey has brought me to this destiny.  Since my earliest memories, I embraced the opportunity to learn. My parents taught me the satisfaction of learning and the power of an education.    

Much later in life when sharing a similar message with my kids, my daughter helped me understand that not everyone learns the same way.  My daughter is a visual learner.  Traditional teaching methods don't always meet the needs of the various learning styles including visual, auditory and kinesthetic.  This realization reignited my passion for learning and helped me focus on impacting the possibilities for all learners... including my daughter. 

Dr. Dave Berque, Chair and Professor of Computer Science at DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, made this a reality through the development of the "initial" DyKnow software.  Early in his teaching career he recognized that technology could have a significant positive impact with learners of all types. He was motivated to connect and collaborate with his students routinely during class and ultimately influence learning.  Through his vision...DyKnow began.

Today there is a team of people at DyKnow striving to offer the best possible solutions and support for educators.  We share a common passion--the desire to make a difference.  A difference in how people can learn... A difference in how teachers can connect and interact with their students... A difference in how our future leaders compete in the world today.

We are proud to work with educators each day.  We thank you for this opportunity.
