Without a single doubt in my mind, the district needs to adopt DyKnow software for every school, and especially those at the secondary level. As long as the district is implementing technology in each classroom and expecting many teachers to use online curriculum, they need to be sure the students are safe and accountable for their sudden daily internet activity. DyKnow software ensures these measures by allowing teachers to see every student’s screen, send whole class or individual messages, to block them from any website they wish, to lock their screens for instructions, and so many more features

"Dyknow for 5th Grade"

Dyknow has helped me set the tone of my Chromebook expectations early in the year. The students are consistently on task now because I used DyKnow early in the year to ensure the students knew that I could see and track their Chromebook usage. The benefits of being able to see their history, as well as time spent on websites, reinforces a lot of our expectations and helps us to address any issues that arise. I also enjoy the message-sending capability; there have been times where I’ve needed to send a message to only a few students, and I used DyKnow to do so. The students loved the covertness of the message, and it helped me to keep the message contained.

"Simple, reliable classroom monitoring and management"

We deal with a tremendous amount of distracted students day in and day out. Without a good monitoring solution, teachers had to almost constantly patrol the classroom to try and spot students who were off-task. Dyknow lets them stop babysitting and carry on teaching.

"Awesome Classroom Management Tool"

As a district administrator I love the way our teachers can create their own white lists and black lists. This saves our technical folks valuable time and allows the teacher to manage the instructional environment within their class. I also love the data that DyKnow provides. For example, if a student spends two hours a week in your class using Twitter you can have conversations with students about how to better use their time.

"Great tool for engagement and monitoring"

I have used Dyknow to keep in touch with students that would otherwise be “lost” during our virtual experience. I am able to send them links and ask questions as well as see their screen if I need to help them troubleshoot an issue.
